ABOUT THE AUTHOR
Allans history
Allan grew up in Klawer, Namaqualand, South Africa. At ten, he began practising yoga. At twelve, he discovered the flying trapeze, training as a catcher. At sixteen, he left South Africa to tour Europe with a circus.
His lifelong search for meaning has taken him through Taoism, yoga, and Tibetan Buddhism. Together with his wife Charlotte, and inspired by the teachings of Bob Moore, he developed the FeelGoodFlow method – an easy way for anyone to experience flow and the simple joy of being alive.
